What You Can Report
We want to hear about:
- Concerns about the quality or safety of care
- Worries about the wellbeing or treatment of a client
- Issues with staff conduct or behaviour
- Any incident that made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
No concern is ever too small — if something doesn’t feel right, please let us know.

- A senior member of the team will review your report.
- We will investigate thoroughly and confidentially.
- We will keep you informed throughout the process.
- Where appropriate, we will take immediate action to ensure safety and quality.
