What You Can Report

We want to hear about:

  • Concerns about the quality or safety of care
  • Worries about the wellbeing or treatment of a client
  • Issues with staff conduct or behaviour
  • Any incident that made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe

No concern is ever too small — if something doesn’t feel right, please let us know.

  • A senior member of the team will review your report.
  • We will investigate thoroughly and confidentially.
  • We will keep you informed throughout the process.
  • Where appropriate, we will take immediate action to ensure safety and quality.
